We have a wonderful financially secure business model in place and confident you will be pleased with our full service real estate brokerage and property management company.

As the niece of a career CSM – 1^st Cav, the U. S. Army is what brought my family to the Ft. Cavazos – Central Texas area at the age of 11 – hailing originally from Chicago! Following graduation from Copperas Cove High school, I continued my studies at Texas A & M – Corpus Christi and earned my BBA in Business Management. While I initially dove into the corporate world in downtown Chicago immediately after graduation as a Business Development Representative – I soon found myself homesick and back in the state of Texas 6 short months later. My experience as an Assistant Manager of an apartment complex while in college as well as a Call Center Manager of a group of peers raising funds for our TAMUCC (where I earned the Student Employee of the Year Award) brought me back to the field of Property Management. I landed in Austin - working my way up from a Leasing Agent to Community Manager of a beautiful property in Kyle, TX. My now husband and I were engaged in 2011 to which I found myself relocating back to Central Texas. I was blessed to be find myself here at Hattaway Properties, working directly with Bridget Hattaway, who is the greatest mentor and like a second mom to me; learning the ropes of Residential Property Management. I earned my Real Estate License in 2014 and later my broker’s license in 2022. 

At the end of 2022, Bridget Hattaway decided it was time to retire and I became the owner of Hattaway Properties. While Bridget still maintains her broker’s license under what is now my office, she is enjoying splitting her time in Texas/Florida while enjoying her grandchildren.

At my side is my dedicated Office Manager, Lexie Farmer. Lexie has over 20 years experience in property management customer service as well as Pam Mann, our office assistant with over 25 years in the property management setting – both very valuable members of our Hattaway Properties family.
